The success of the project depends on the collaborative efforts of its partner organizations, AIAM as the applicant and Euro Gestione Impresa (EGI) as the partner. Each organization has distinct tasks and responsibilities that align with its expertise, ensuring effective implementation and achievement of project objectives. As the applicant, AIAM assumes the primary responsibility for the overall coordination and management of the project. It will oversee the planning, implementation, and monitoring of all project activities, ensuring that they are carried out in line with the Erasmus+ program’s guidelines and objectives. AIAM will manage the administrative and financial aspects of the project, including budget allocation, financial reporting, and compliance with Erasmus+ requirements. AIAM will lead the development and execution of the dissemination strategy, ensuring that the project’s results reach a wide audience. This includes coordinating awareness campaigns, organizing local and transnational events, and sharing resources through Erasmus+ platforms and other communication channels. AIAM will also ensure the active engagement of stakeholders, including students, educators, and policymakers, to maximize the project’s impact. Furthermore, AIAM will take the lead in organizing and hosting the initial kick-off meeting and the final evaluation meeting. These events will ensure that all partners are aligned on objectives, timelines, and deliverables at the start of the project and will provide an opportunity to assess the project’s success and sustainability upon its completion. AIAM’s intercultural expertise will be crucial in fostering inclusivity and addressing the needs of diverse VET learners.
As a VET provider with a strong reputation for innovative educational practices, EGI will contribute its expertise in designing and delivering training programs tailored to the needs of both students and educators. EGI will play a key role in the development of educational materials, such as toolkits and digital resources, ensuring they are practical, engaging, and accessible. EGI’s experience with gamified learning and digital tools will be instrumental in creating innovative content to address mental health and resilience. EGI will also lead the design and facilitation of workshops and training sessions aimed at equipping VET educators with the skills and knowledge to support students’ mental health. These sessions will include practical strategies for recognizing and addressing mental health challenges in the classroom and for fostering resilience among students. In addition, EGI will organize one of the transnational project meetings to review progress and share insights. It will also conduct pilot testing of the developed materials and tools within its institution, gathering feedback from students and educators to refine and enhance the project outputs.
